A little bit about us

Credit Resource Solutions (CRS) is an award winning UK insurance Specialist Debt Collection Agency. Originally, born from the Insurance Industry in 2003
with the aim of becoming a new breed of dynamic Debt Collection Agency purposely for Insurance brokers.

We boast close partnerships with over 20 of the largest UK Insurance brokers and underwriters. We have an experienced team of collections agents who recover early cancellation fees, defaulted time on risk charges and premium shortfalls due after claims on their behalf. Most recently we have joined the Perkins Slade Credit and Bond Scheme as ‘BIBA Broker Collections’ as our way of offering our service to smaller brokers.

Our Approach

The insurance sector has seen a large consumer shift over the past decade through the growth of the web and, in particular, the popularity of price comparison sites. The route to market has moved from predominantly call centre / shop based selling to ecommerce – and CRS as a supplier has moved to match this at the back end. With a focus on creating truly multi layered collection strategies, supported by industry leading customer portals and an experienced collections team CRS have gained a stellar reputation within the industry for our levels of performance and use of technology.

The Team

Our CSA accredited, dedicated Insurance team have been recruited from either the insurance industry or have proven backgrounds in Financial Services, we pride ourselves on having excellent knowledge of our clients products and therefore the ability to speak to the customer about the policy rather than the ‘debt’. This cuts down on the number of queries which are sent to you and ultimately maximises our collection performance.
